Senior DevOps Engineer

CloudScale is expanding its infrastructure team and looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help scale our cloud-native platform.

About the Position

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
• Manage and optimize our Kubernetes clusters
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor system performance and respond to incidents
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes
• Implement security best practices across our infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering
• Strong experience with AWS services
• Expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash)

Desired Skills

• Experience with multi-cloud environments
• Knowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio)
• Familiarity with GitOps practices
• Security certifications (AWS, CISSP, etc.)
